1 pound hamburger
2 slices white bread-remove crusts
1 egg
1 package Lysander Onion Dip Mix
1 Package Williams Brown Gravy Mix (prepared)
1 cup mushrooms (use a small can or fresh)
dash nutmeg

Soak the bread in milk.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Form into balls. Roll in bread crumbs.
Fry till light brown.
Put in casserole dish.
Add gravy.
Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
